EX-GLEGEN™
A novel bio-material derived from the gentle microalgae Euglena
EX-GLEGEN™ is EUNEA’s proprietary bio-ingredient based on exosomes derived from microalgae Euglena. Through Eueal Biotech’s cultivation and purification technologies, exosome components are selectively secured during the cultivation process of Euglena gracilis and refined into a raw material suitable for skincare applications. EX-GLEGEN™ is utilized as a bio-delivery ingredient focused on improving skin vitality and condition. Based on the delivery characteristics of exosomes, research is also underway to explore its potential expansion into DDS materials as well as immune and vaccine delivery applications.

EX-GLEGEN™ is a registered ingredient in the International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary (ICID) and has completed domestic cosmetic raw material registration. It has also obtained NON-ALLERGEN certification.
Through these certifications, EX-GLEGEN™ secures a raw material foundation that extends beyond skincare applications, enabling basic research and application review for potential expansion into pharmaceutical materials.
Verification of EX-GLEGEN™ Characteristics Through Nano-Structural Analysis

Using Cryo-TEM analysis, the lipid bilayer structure and the distinctive nanoscale particle morphology were confirmed.


Through a uniform particle size and a stable structure,
EX-GLEGEN™ maintains an exosome form close to its natural state,
reinforcing structural reliability and quality reproducibility of the raw material.
Premium Exosomes Optimized for Skin Penetration

With a uniform and stable particle size distribution of approximately 50–150 nm, these exosomes are optimized for enhanced skin penetration.
